Beijing 2008 (Xbox 360)
Based on 4 reviews.
Beijing 2008 is the official video game of the 2008 Summer Olympics. The game was developed by European game publisher Eurocom and Sony Entertainment. The game features 38 different Olympic events from track and field, aquatics, gymnastics, shooting, as well as China’s past-time, table tennis. You can compete as 32 different national teams in several different modes, including the career mode that we first saw in the game “Sydney 2000.” You’ll take on a team and work to qualify, as you progress on your team will get improve attributes which will help them win the gold when the in-game Olympics come around. The game has support for online play through Xbox live in some events. Since there are such a wide variety of mini-games one can play in this title, there are a lot of different controls one has to pick up, but if you can get them down, the game is a lot of fun.
